Au Mauvais is situated in the Lot et Garonne between Duras and Miramont de Guyenne, it is a restored stone farm house built in the 1860's set in 9 acres of grounds. Comfortably furnished with spacious living accommodation for 8 people and complete with 5m x 11m pool. A few hundred yards stroll through our woods is the river Dropt for fishing. This is a peaceful rural location attracting a wide variety of birds and wildlife.

Gauthier, is a beautiful 18th Century manor house, offering complete relaxation in the peace of the rural countryside. A large swimming pool has al fresco dining. A little Wendy house has its own magic woodland by a tiny stream and lily pond. Across the lawns, the Pigeonnier forms an independent and self contained guest house .

The Mill at Neuffons

The Mill at Neuffons (Mill of the Nine Fountains) sits on its own small island on the river Dropt. A private bridge takes you across the river to the downstairs terraces, which are planted with palm trees, lavender and scented roses. There is a large roman style dipping pool to cool off in. Part of one of the terraces is covered and has a seating area where you can avoid the sun when it's too hot. The second floor has 3 en suite bedrooms each with river views, and another small balcony for napping or reading. The top floor has an open plan living room, a cook's kitchen and another outdoor terrace for dining and seating.
